I am seeking Joint Venture investors that hope to profit while I do all the work.
I have a 2000 acre ranch in Maui Hawaii. I am building 336 homes (250 affordable homes and 86 custom plantation homes) and in addition we are building an 1100 acre saffron farm that will produce $55,000,000 a year in saffron sales.
The proceeds will be distributed equally amongst the owners of the plantation homes which are built on the saffron orchards. Yields are expected to be around $500,000 per year per home in perpetuity for the owners of the 86 plantation homes that will be built on the farm.
